Return Policy

BLUE DOT MEDICAL, INC. will accept returns on any UNOPENED product within 10 days of the original purchase date. We reserve the right to apply a 15% restocking fee that will be subtracted from the original cost. Shipping costs are not refundable. Call our office to obtain an RMA number before returning the unopened item.  Any product that has been opened can not be returned (No exceptions).

BLUE DOT MEDICAL, INC. has a fair CPAP Mask Exchange Policy that allows customers who are fitted at our location for a mask to exchange it for another mask within 10 days of purchase.  If there is any doubt that a customer may not like the fit of a new mask, they should consider having that mask fitted the first time at our location by a professional at no additional expense.  Again, please note: Mask sizes vary, even between masks from the same manufacturer. On the rare occasion that a product is received with a manufactures’ defect, call our office within 24 hours of receipt and we can trouble shoot the problem and take the appropriate steps. If you receive the item on the weekend or after our normal business hours please leave us a message at 601-968-0981. We will return your call on the next business day.

Please note that the above RETURN POLICY also includes all CPAP, BiPAP and APAP machines. A CPAP, BiPAP/BiLevel or APAP machine is considered opened regardless if any hours are placed on the machine and subject to the same RETURN POLICY stated above. Most CPAP, BiPAP and APAP machines come with a manufacturer 2 year warranty for manufacture defects. Any misuse of the equipment may void the warranty. All warranty decisions are made solely by the manufacturer.
